Melina’s Experience

The Sufi Heart Meditation allows us to connect into the energy and intelligence of the heart. We are able to disconnect from the mind’s maze and bring our energy into our hearts and bodies, allows us to feel more embodied. I was introduced to it during my studies at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing Europe in Bad Ischl, Austria. I enjoyed it so much that I began to lead it on a regular basis in Geneva, Switzerland. Now, in Sedona, I am looking forward to continuing the practice, this time, outside either at The Collective or in Nature. Let’s see where it takes us!
