Sacred Sedona Healing Intensive

Five hours, one day. Breathwork, the training to understand your own energy field, a chakra reading, and a full healing with a sound bath. Indoors, or out on the red rocks, you choose. $444 for one, $600 for two.

What This Is

Five hours is long enough to do real work and short enough to fit into a trip you have already planned. It is one continuous day with me, not four appointments booked back to back, and not a sampler.

You are taught how your own aura and chakras are built. I read your chakras and tell you plainly what I find. We use breathwork throughout, because the breath is how you get out of your head and into your body. And it closes with an energy healing and a sound bath.

Whether we go outdoors is up to you. Some people want the whole thing in the quiet of the treatment room. Some want a vortex hike as part of it, because the red rocks do something a room cannot. Tell me which, and if the weather changes your mind on the morning, we change the plan.

You leave with a bound workbook of about thirty pages, so what you learned is still yours in three months.

The Five Hours

Breathwork and guided meditation

We start here, every time. Breathwork settles the nervous system and gets you into the body rather than the analysis of the body, which is what makes the rest of the day work.

Energy-consciousness training

I teach you how the aura and chakras are actually structured, the seven layers, the seven major centers front and back, what each governs, and how what happened to you shows up in it. This is the part people tell me they were never given anywhere else. It is teaching, not mysticism, and you can ask anything.

A psychic chakra reading and analysis

I read your chakras and tell you what I find, center by center, and what it points to in your life. You will have the vocabulary for it by then, which is why the training comes first. If two of you book together, you each get your ownreading, not one reading covering both.

An energy healing

Reiki and sound healing together, with Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, closing with a sound bath. This is where the day settles rather than where it starts.

A vortex hike, if you want one

Optional, and decided with you rather than for you. If you want time on the land, we go out to a vortex site on permitted Forest Service land and the hike becomes part of the work rather than a walk with a meditation at the end. If you would rather stay in, nothing is lost. The indoor version is a full five hours of the same work. Visits to Coconino National Forest are FULLY Permitted for Operation on the Coconino National Forest through the Sedona Metaphysical Spiritual Association.

Your workbook

About thirty pages, printed and bound by hand. It covers the human energy field, the aura and the chakra system, and I write your chakra reading and analysis into it before you leave. Most practitioners here send you home with nothing at all. In three months, when the day has softened in your memory, you will still have what I saw and what I said about it.

What It Costs

What it does not Include

Lodging, meals and transport. Lunch can be arranged at $25 per person. The SpiritFlow Sedona Casita, our guesthouse, is $150 to $200 a night by season if you are staying over.

The price is the same every day of the week. Unlike the retreats, there is no weekend surcharge on a healing intensive.

When It Runs

Any day of the week, starting at 8am or 2pm. There is flexibility around both depending on what else is in the schedule, so tell me what suits you and we will work it out.

If you want the hike, I will steer you toward the 8am start in summer, because the afternoon heat and the monsoon storms are real. In the cooler months, and for the indoor version, either time works equally well.

If a day is open, I can often see you tomorrow.

Who It Is For

It fits if you want a substantial piece of work in a single day, if you are curious about energy healing but not ready to commit to two or three days, if you want to understand the aura and chakra system properly rather than hear it described, or if you already work in this field and want a reading from someone trained in Brennan Healing Science.

It does not fit if you are looking for a relaxing spa afternoon, or if you are in acute crisis. Five hours is demanding. If you are in crisis, call me and we will talk about what would genuinely help, which may not be this.

The Sacred Sedona Healing Intensive is meant to give you, quickly, a real understanding of how healing works through the human energy field, the seven levels of the aura and the seven major chakras, front and back. Learning to release perceived trauma and allowing yourself to fully individuate is part of the process. It can sound complicated, and it is not: it is an ordinary part of being alive that becomes plain once you experience it with the right guide.

I am the only Brennan Healing Science practitioner in Sedona, trained at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and awarded my diploma in Bad Ischl, Austria in May 2015, and a Reiki Master Teacher since 2011. I hold a master's degree from Johns Hopkins and an MBA from INSEAD. Clients have come to me from more than seventy countries. I lead every hour of this myself. 

After the Intensive

Some people do this once and that is exactly right. Others finish and realize five hours only opened the subject. If that is you, a private retreat is two, three or four days of the same work at eight to ten hours a day, and I will tell you honestly on the day whether I think it would serve you. A group healing retreat might also be an option for you.
