Outdoor Sound Baths:

  • Due to Forest Service permitting and limited land calendar availability, these must be confirmed directly. Please text or email Melina to book.

Custom Experiences:

  • Looking for a private group session or custom retreat? Call, text, or email to co-create your experience.

Booking online is by card:

  • A 3% card processing fee applies at checkout, not on the deposit. If you would rather pay your balance by Zelle, Check, or Venmo on the day, let me know when you book and I will take the card fee off.
  • If you would like to pay entirely by Zelle, Check, or Venmo, I can do the booking for you. Please text me with your full name, phone number, email, session desired, and day/time for the booking.

Deposits, Balances, Weather, and Cancellations 

For Indoor Sessions, 50 percent deposit reserves your time and the balance is paid after the session. If you need to move it, please give 48 hours — see the cancellation policy.

For Retreats and Accommodations, 50 percent deposit reserves your dates, with the balance due 45 days before you arrive. Our full booking, payment and cancellation terms explain how credit works if your plans change.

 

For Outdoor Experiences, Sedona weather makes its own decisions. If I have to move us, you choose another day, the same work indoors, or credit — the outdoor experience terms set out exactly how that works.
