Reiki & Sound - Energy & Himalayan Bowl Sound Healing
This session combines energy healing with the grounding tones of Himalayan singing bowls. It is ideal for clients who want a focused healing experience that supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic balance.
This is different from a full sound bath. The emphasis here is on personalized healing work, with sound used as part of the session rather than as the entire experience.
Sound Baths
Our sound baths are immersive sound healing experiences designed to calm the mind, restore the body, and help you enter a meditative state. These sessions use crystal and metal bowls to create a fuller soundscape and are booked separately from Reiki-based healing sessions.
Brennan Healing Science
Spirit Mentoring & Energy Therapy
A deeper, signature session combining holistic coaching, bio-energetic training, and energy healing. It is based on Brennan Healing Science but allows more time for guidance, reflection, and integration.
Chakra Balancing
A focused session to clear and rebalance your seven energy centers — a great starting point if you're newer to energy work. This session will include a Chakra Reading & Analysis for clients curious about where they are holding stress or imbalance.

Private sessions take place at SpiritFlow Sedona in The Collective Sedona, 7000 AZ-179, Suite E200. Outdoor experiences often take place at Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, or Cathedral Rock.
