Choose Your Healing Session
Reiki & Sound - Energy & Himalayan Bowl Sound Healing — $140
This session combines energy healing with the grounding tones of Himalayan singing bowls. It is ideal for clients who want a focused healing experience that supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic balance.
This is different from a full sound bath. The emphasis here is on personalized healing work, with sound used as part of the session rather than as the entire experience.
Sound Bath — from $75
Our sound baths are immersive sound healing experiences designed to calm the mind, restore the body, and help you enter a meditative state. These sessions use crystal and metal bowls to create a fuller soundscape and are booked separately from Reiki-based healing sessions.
Brennan Healing Science — $150
Many people come to this work after talk therapy has taken them as far as it can.
Spirit Mentoring & Energy Therapy — $190
A deeper, signature session. Healing the field is one thing; knowing what to do with what surfaces is another. This session gives you both — hands-on energy work paired with time to talk through what is present, name the pattern behind it, and leave with something you can practice. We move between the table and the conversation as the session asks.
Choose this when the question is less "what is blocked" and more "what am I meant to do with this."
Chakra Balancing — $160
Your body holds seven energy centers, and stress tends to settle in a favorite one — the throat that tightens, the chest that guards, the gut that will not quiet. This session finds where the pattern lives and clears it, and includes a chakra reading and analysis so you leave knowing what you were carrying and where.

Prefer an Outdoor Experience?
Sedona's red rock does part of the work. Meet me at Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, or Cathedral Rock for a sound bath on the land, Reiki and sound healing among the formations, or our signature Vortex Hike and Healing — a walk, a conversation, and a session in the place that prompted it.
Outdoor experiences run weather-permitting and are arranged around light and heat, which means early mornings part of the year.

A Brennan Healing Science session focuses primarily on deep energy work and clearing within the human energy field. Spirit Mentoring & Energy Therapy combines this energy work with intuitive mentoring, dialogue, and practical integration, giving clients more time to explore life themes and receive guidance alongside the healing work.
How should I prepare for an energy healing or sound healing session?
Guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, drink water, and allow enough time after to integrate the session. You will not be rushed. No special preparation is required beyond coming with an open mind and a willingness to rest, receive, and listen to what arises.
How long are the sessions, and how much do they cost?
Most core sessions range from 90 minutes to 2.5 hours, depending on the offering. Pricingis listed with each service on the website so guests can easily compare options and choose what fits best for their needs and schedule.
How many sessions do most clients typically need?
Some clients come for a single, focused session or a retreat; others work over time as part of a deeper healing journey. We discuss what a guest is working with and suggest a rhythm whether that’s one session, a short series, or ongoing support
Do you offer remote/online healing or mentoring sessions?
Yes. Select energy healing and mentoring offerings are available at a distance via online sessions, which is especially helpful for clients who are not in Sedona or are unable to travel. Many guests begin their work in Sedona and then continue meeting with me online once they return home, so the support and integration can carry forward into daily life.
