We will look at the importance of spiritual self-care from a holistic perspective and what that means for each energy center and your life as a whole. You will learn how to enhance your self-care through an expanded self-awareness and your realignment with your divine self.

3 Day Sacred Sedona Spiritual Retreat – Schedule for March 21-23, 2025

Our Sacred Sedona Spiritual Retreat is a special Sedona Retreat that will begin the morning of March 21, 2025, at Oasis in Sedona where we will connect with each other, start to get to know each other, experience an opening ceremony and then start out on the land. For each day, please be prepared for a full day with the group at Oasis in Sedona and once a day out on the land. We be starting at 8 or 9 a.m. and finishing at 5 or 6 p.m., except for on Sunday, when we will finish earlier for anyone who is catching an evening flight. For anyone staying on, we will continue through the afternoon. If there are less than 4 participants booked, the retreat will still take place but there might be some adjustments in the schedule.

I am an energy-consciousness teacher, spiritual mentor, energy healer, and guide. I have facilitated healing as a holistic coach, spiritual counselor, Brennan Healing Science Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, and Sound Therapy Practitioner with hundreds of clients and students from over 70 countries. People say that I embody the wisdom of an ancient mystic and the dedication of a grounded, highly-educated professional. Committed to raising the consciousness here on Earth, I am committed to enabling full spectrum, multi-dimensional transformations in all who connect with me.

Working with clients from all over the world, I am whole-heartedly dedicated to empowering each person to create more flow and balance in their life, to free themselves from limiting beliefs, and to align with their life purpose, enabling them to transform and heal in any way that is holding them back from their untapped potential.

In addition to being a graduate of both the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and a Reiki Master Teacher from the Usui Ryoho System, I have Masters degree from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from INSEAD in France. Yoga has changed my life. For some people, yoga brings spirituality into their life. For me, it was spirituality that brought yoga into my life. Through mindfulness and movement, I found yoga to be another channel, or connection, to the strength within myself (Spirit, God, Source). As a survivor of PTSD (a 9/11 survivor), I experienced healing and inspiration from my yoga teachers in NY. Following years of struggling with the symptoms of PTSD, I moved to Arizona where I went on to study with yoga and breathwork practitioners, earn my RYT-200, and completed numerous classes and certifications in Trauma Conscious Yoga, meditation, breathwork, and Yin. Yoga’s gifts, including physical and emotional changes and spiritual awakenings, have brought me to a place where I am inspired to share the gift of yoga with others.

A Qi-gong instructor, holistic health practitioner (HHP) and certified massage therapist (CMT), Ron is a dedicated, honest, trustworthy, caring gentleman with high integrity and values. His holistic practice has been focused on using Western and Asian therapeutic modalities to relieve pain in the body. He has accumulated thousands of hours of hands on experience helping people who experience pain from head to toe. Qi-gong is one modality that can be used to clear stagnation in the body. This stagnation, when it accumulates, can create dis-ease in the body. By strengthening and aligning the Qi flow within your body, Qi-gong will allow your body to begin the healing process to reduce the levels of pain accumulated in your body. So, if you want positive Qi, enjoying Qi-gong on the rocks is a great way to invest in your overall health and wellbeing.
