What a Couples Retreat in Sedona Costs Here
A private couples retreat at SpiritFlow is $900 to $1,100 a day for the two of you together, depending on the season. Two days is $1,800 to $2,200. Three days is $2,700 to $3,300. Four days is $3,600 to $4,400. Saturdays and Sundays add $150 a day, capped at $300 on any booking. Every combination is in the table further down this page. A day here means eight to ten hours of program, not four. There are two of you and no one else on the retreat. I lead every session myself, from the first hour to the last. Lodging and meals are separate and optional, so you are not paying a resort margin on a room you did not choose. Most couples arrive with a decision already half made. If you would rather talk it through first, the consultation call is free and there is nothing to commit to on it.

A Private Couples Retreat may be just the solution for energy blockages and held trauma that have resulted in relationships challenges. It is fundamental to understand the dynamics of your subtle energy body and patterns within relationships. We all believe that our relationships are affected by our past. The challenge is how you can use a new level of connection to help you create a more dynamic, understanding and loving relationship. Prior to your private retreat, we will meet separately online, so that your personal history is clear – this includes which developmental stage, with traumas and abuses that affect the healthy functioning of your energy field and thus your life individually and as a couple. We will be looking to heal repetitive patterns that brought you to where you are now. Learning to let go and reset your life on your terms both as an individual and in relationship with each other will be a fundamental aspect of the retreat.

For each customized retreat, there is a lot of work going on to make it special for both of you. These are some of the things that take place:

These are weekday totals for the whole retreat, not per night and not per day. $900 to $1,100 for two. Saturday and Sunday add $150 a day, to a maximum of $300 on any booking. Friday carries no surcharge.
Every price covers the pre-retreat consultation and custom design, all healing sessions across full days of eight to ten hours, guided vortex time on permitted Forest Service land, and snacks, juices, teas and reverse-osmosis water through the day. Lodging and meals are not included and can be added below. A 50% deposit reserves your dates.

Questions Couples Ask
Is it really just the two of us?
Yes. A private retreat here is one or two people. There is no group, no other couple, and nobody joining for part of it. I lead every session myself, from the first hour to the last.
How long is a day?
Eight to ten hours of program. Not four, and not a spa schedule with gaps. That is why two days here does more than a week of hour-long appointments elsewhere.
What does it cost, all in?
The retreat itself is $900 to $1,100 a day for the two of you together, depending on season. Two days is $1,800 to $2,200, three days $2,700 to $3,300, four days $3,600 to $4,400. Saturdays and Sundays add $150 a day, capped at $300 on any booking. Fridays carry no surcharge.
Lodging, meals and add-ons are separate and optional, so nothing is bundled in that you did not choose.
Is lodging included?
No, and that is deliberate — you should not pay a resort margin on a room you did not pick. If you would like me to handle it, the SpiritFlow Sedona Casita is 832 square feet, a four-minute drive from where we work, at $150, $175 or $200 a night by season, or $125 a night on a four-day retreat. It is a place to sleep and rest; no sessions happen there.
You are equally welcome to book your own hotel or rental anywhere in Sedona.
What about food?
Lunch on program days is $25 per person per day if you would like me to arrange it. Breakfast and dinner are yours to plan, and I am glad to point you at the places I would actually go myself.
How do we get there, and do we need a car?
A car is highly recommended in rural Arizona. We are 1 hour 45 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor and 1 hour from Flagstaff. The Groome shuttle from Phoenix runs about $160 return per person.
How fit do we need to be?
Can you walk two to three miles on uneven ground with some elevation, in the heat, without difficulty? If not, we will walk only 10-20 minutes to a peaceful place with a beautiful 360 degree view. We adjust to your level of ability and interest.
What happens if the weather turns?
I make the call early — by 7pm the evening before a morning session, by 9am on the day for an afternoon one — and I reach you by text and by email. Then you choose: we move it to another day at no cost, or we bring the same work indoors at SpiritFlow Sedona for the same length of time
A relocated session is not a cancellation and carries no fee. I will not take you out in lightning, flash-flood conditions, unsafe heat, snow or ice on the rock, or when the Forest Service or the City of Sedona has closed a trail or road.
What can we add on?
Couples massage with crystal bowl sound therapy, $320 for both of you. Learning massage for each other, a wine tasting tour in the Verde Valley, a half-day hiking tour, a labyrinth journey, and a private chef's dinner where you are staying.
What happens before we arrive?
Intake forms, then two separate background and intention-setting calls on Zoom — separate on purpose, so each of you can speak freely. I send a retreat proposal with the schedule, and I print and bind a customised fifty-page workbook for each of you. That work happens before you land, which is why the first hour on day one is not spent getting acquainted.
How do we pay, and what if we have to cancel?
A 50 percent deposit holds your dates, with the balance due 45 days before you arrive. Zelle, checks, and Venmo are preferred; cards carry a 3 percent fee.
Cancellations on retreats are handled in credit rather than refunds, with a $100 administration fee, and the full terms are on my policies page.
